Le Mus\u00e9e G. Gounaropoulos et l’Ambassade de la R\u00e9publique tch\u00e8que \u00e0 Ath\u00e8nes pr\u00e9sentent une exposition d’estampes par l’artiste tch\u00e8que Ji\u0159\u00ed Sl\u00edva. L’exposition Ji\u0159\u00ed Sl\u00edva – Caf\u00e9 DADA<\/em> fait parti du 3e Athens Print Fest.

Ji\u0159\u00ed Sl\u00edva, n\u00e9 en 1947 \u00e0 Pilsen, habite et travaille \u00e0 Prague. Il fait des estampes, des caricatures et des illustrations de livres. Dans cette exposition il pr\u00e9sente trente-trois \u0153uvres, chromolithographies et eaux-fortes, de la derni\u00e8re vingtaine d’ann\u00e9es. Il s’inspire, parmi d’autres, du mouvement artistique de Dada, qui est paru en 1916, \u00e0 Zurich, comme une r\u00e9action \u00e0 l’absurdit\u00e9 et la brutalit\u00e9 de la 1e Guerre Mondiale et qui en 2016 c\u00e9l\u00e8bre son 100e anniversaire. Comme les dadaistes, il compose des \u00e9l\u00e9ments et des id\u00e9es qui n’ont pas de lien logique pour cr\u00e9er des synth\u00e8ses paradoxales mais perceptives et perspicaces. Parmi ses sujets sont l’amour, la musique, le vin et le caf\u00e9 imaginaire \u2013 une espace o\u00f9 les choses les plus bizarres peuvent se passer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
