The opening night was dedicated to Nikos Kavvadias and included a lecture titled “The irresistible charm of Nikos Kavvadias’ poetry”, by Karolos Mitsakis, Professor of Modern Greek Literature at the University of Athens, a recital of poems by the actress Niki Triantafyllidi and a vocal concert of songs from Thanos Mikroutsikos’s album O Stavros tou Notou, by Kostas Thomaidis.
